1.  Using the led strip connector
   • If using led strip connector, it will be easier and cheaper but the constraint is led pin itself, If its 2 pin, you need to buy 2 pin connector, and if 4 pin, you need to buy 4 pin connector.

2. Using solder
   • Using solder a bit danger since the tools itself is hot but this is simple job only. Just make sure to careful and no kids surrounding.
   • I bought new set of this tools, bit costly but we use for other purpose too later

These are how I fix my tear off led strip using solder

• get a correct tool. Bought it at Lazada

• cut strip and make sure terminal is easy to solder
  

  peel a bit to make sure terminal is easy to solder later.

• solder it
  

  tap and solder it

• install back and test
  

  successfully solder on first try

For AngularJS, we are using md autocomplete  to generate and render our dropdown. The height of dropdown determine automatically during our first load. But if the data is change when we re-select other option(like data change when using ajax). Sometimes it might be not render completely and you will get height=0

This kind of bug is hunting during our debugging and finally we got solution for this. Way to fix it is we need to tell browser to regenerate that page, or update the size of that dropdown.

Just put this one line of code where action needed.

angular.element(window).triggerHandler('resize');

1. 1. Setting STB box to connect to wifi. Iflix require wifi instead of default Unifi LAN port.
      • Make sure your box connect to wifi. To check it , go to setting > wireless > tick enable WLAN
   2. How to access Iflix application
      • Go to my application > Iflix,  or
      • Press i button if you already access hypptv/ unifitv. Keep press OK and follow guide. Your Iflix app will do necessary setup. Wait until setup finish
   3. How to check Iflix account status in term expiry or anything related
      • You can check Iflix account status in Iflix app. Go to account status. Your account expiration is there.

First, we need to scan our network either ‘not our device’ is online or not .There are app for phone called Fing. You can download it on your favourite store for Android or IOS. Once download, you can scan all connected device on your network.

From the list, you can view device which connected or has connected before , even there are offline now. So you can detect either your network has been breached  by someone or not. Awesome right.

To block intruder, simply click that device and you will have device detail. Get the MAC Address because we want to block it permanently instead of block by IP which usually will change once they reboot their machine or connected to other tower for mobile.

Next step, login into your unifi router, usually 192.168.0.1 . Unless you changed the password, the default login  from factory is

username: admin
password:

unless its different you maybe need to check on internet or with unifi operators

Once login, go to Advance > DHCP Filter. Insert MAC address you get from Fing and click Add.

Thats it, that device is unable to connect to your network anymore. To unblock, just delete the MAC address. Its so easy to block unwanted device from our unifi channel

Install Remmina in Ubuntu is very easy. Like you install other app/tools in Ubuntu, thats how you will do it too for Remmina

 How To Install Remmina RDP on Ubuntu

1. System > Administration > Ubuntu Software Center
2. search Remmina Remote Desktop Client in search box
3. Click Install
4. Key in your admin/root password if prompt
5. Wait for installation finish
6. And you are done

2. Using Shortcut

Hold print screen button (prt sc) or maybe sometime you need to hold with fn key . eg fn + printscreen. Depends on your laptop or keyboard preferred layout.

3. Using Gimp (my favorite way)

Im not sure GIMP under Windows and Mac having the same features or not. But i like taking screenshot directly with GIMP because it automatically paste your image into editor and you can edit after that if you want. No more 2 or 3 step when taking screenshot using other tools or technique. Yes i like it  most.

The best thing taking screenshot with ubuntu is you also can set timing (timer) before it start. Lets say after 5 second you click, then it will starting taking screenshot. This good when you want to switch window to screenshot.

Check security for iis_usr. Probably less permission allowed.

• Right Click on App Folder > Select Properties
• Go to Security Tab
• Click Edit > click Add.
• Click Location
• Select your pc name, usually first item.
• Press Ok, then press advance and then Find Now.
• Select IIS_ISURS /Authenticated Users.
• Click OK
• Assign full control for new user
• Click OK

Re-install asp.net regiis -i

• Open command prompt (cmd)

• Wait till installation done

• Click start > Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows Feature On And Off > Internet Information Services

When i create new field using module builder with Sitefinity CMS, the sync server become restart when sync data is triggered.

What I do

Method 1

1. Create field in publishing server using module builder
2. Create another field in sync server using the same step and naming

Method 2

1. Copy all config from publishing and deploy at sync server, issue still happened when try to sync data.

Its time to ask and get help from Telerik Expert

They come out using these method to fix the issue.

1. Delete new field in sync server
2. Export new field setting and config at publishing server. Its to make sure all id created in publishing server are same when import into sync server
3. Import back the configuration to sync server
4. No more restart occur when sync triggered.

What really happened

Error was triggered because when sync happened, it read both new field in publishing and sync server which are happend different id. Thats why its read as new data method when sync.
